As the year winds down, our owner James has wrapped up his time as the 2022 President of Housing First Minnesota. James had an incredible year serving on the board; he was honored to work alongside other members and the Housing First staff. Our local building industry is tight-nit and special - we are fortunate to be a part of it!

Our team recently finished a basement in Hudson, Wisconsin, and we’re excited to share all the details! As a walk-out with plenty of natural light, the unfinished basement of this home had a lot of potential — and it proved to be the perfect blank slate to bring the homeowners’ vision to life. Their goals included adding an extra bedroom, entertainment space, and additional storage. We were able to give them all that and more!
