The Cottages: Senior Living in St. Cloud

 Julkowski, Inc. is excited to partner with Sunset Homes, LLC to build assisted living homes for seniors needing twenty-four-hour care.Using new design technology, these structural insulated panel construction homes create an energy-efficient shell with the capability for negative air pressure in each bedroom, allowing residents to remain in their homes safely during any illness or an epidemic.These cozy modern cottages aim to be safe, comfortable, and appealing places where seniors who need round-the-clock care feel at home. Each cottage will be equipped with current, state-of-the-art safety and building technology such as:

• Accessible showers and walk-in bathtubs

• Easy to clean sanitary surfaces like granite

• One level living

• Luxury vinyl floors with in-floor heat

• Temperature controlled bedrooms

Beyond being safe and efficient, these charming cottages will also be beautiful! Our designer Rachel is an expert in blending form and function; she considers every design detail and brings out the best in any space.
