Circle Pines SIP House
SIP’s, Structural Insulated Panels, custom home, front porch, stamped concrete driveway - Julkowski Inc.
This charming home was the first SIP (Structural Insulated Panels) project we built and the first LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) home in MN's northern suburbs! We wanted to create and live in our own SIP home before recommending it to our clients. After being there for a few months, we reaped the benefits and sang its praises! The indoor spaces are comfortable and quiet, and the indoor air quality means fewer allergens and less dusting. The best part? We heated and cooled the home for an average of $35 per month! We now recommend SIPS as the preferred construction method to all our clients. See more
Seven Clans Hotel Thief River Falls
Our team has been fortunate to collaborate with the Red Lake Band of Chippewa Indians for a few years running now! We are currently remodeling the Seven Clans Hotel & Casino in Red Lake, and back in 2018, we completed a major remodel of the Seven Clans Hotel & Casino in Thief River Falls. This fun and rewarding project included updating the lobby, common areas, an executive suite, and 152 guest rooms. See more
St. Mary's Point Whole Home Renovation

Featured during the 2019 Spring Parade of Homes, this beautiful St. Mary's Point renovation was another opportunity to infuse the client's personality into their space and add character to a charming home! Equal parts trendy and timeless, this home is full of unique style and personality. Designer touches such as graphic mosaic tiles, striking light fixtures, and luxurious Cambria quartz countertops are balanced by elements like the reclaimed wood mantel and antique elm flooring.See more
Remodeling Our New Brighton Office and Design Center
In 2019, we began transforming the old PJW Automotive building in New Brighton, Minnesota, into Julkowski, Inc. headquarters. It’s safe to say it was a significant undertaking, which included our design center, offices, and warehouse! Our new space is a culmination of our favorite design elements over the years and a validation of the progress we’ve made as a company!See more
The Cottages Senior Living in St. Cloud
We're so excited to partner with Sunset Homes, LLC to build assisted living homes for seniors. Tapping into our skillset of building high-performance SIP homes and partnering with incredible people in the home health care system, these homes will be an industry leader!
